I have an e-system laptop - i cant insert a wireless card it seems too big - do i need a different card?

the card seems too long but i was told it was the right one

if it doesn't work then you could use a usb wireless adapter instead

If you can insert it and it lights up, you are fine. I don't like the way mine sticks out, but it works great. I remove it whenever I pack it in the bag.

I am taking it you are talking about the PCMCIA slot...yes..all cards inserted into the slot will stick out some!

If the card is working you are fine!
