i am confused that should i go 4 IIT as i am taking up science?

i wanna take up science with biotechnology but not sure should i go 4 IIT?does it holds important position in a science student's life?

You should explain what "4 IIT" is. I've gone to four colleges and took a lot of science courses, and I've never heard of 4 IIT.
