how to recover lost tracks from nero burned cd?

I eventfully write a non multi session cd , now i want the data from the deleted track , its important to me..

You might not be able to get the data back.There might be programmes that might be able to but beware of virus's if the programme is free

7-Zip allowed me to decompress a Nero burned data DVD.
