I have wireless internet through RR and the wireless part isn't working at all on all three computers. The computer that is connected to the modem works fine. The lights on the modem telling whether or not they are connected (1, 2, 3, 4) only show that one computer is connected. We have reset the modem, but we don't know what else to do. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

The lights numbered 1-4 only light up when a computer is hardwired. From the hardwired computer go into the router setup -- start a browser and type the address of the router, which is usually 192.168.1.1 but depends on the exact model of wireless router/modem. If you're still using the default password for the modem, change it so no one else can access it. Remember to hit the Save Changes or Apply button after each step. Make sure wireless is enabled, give your network a unique name (SSID), and enable wireless security (WPA-PSK is easy and secure, don't use WEP unless your laptops have older wireless cards that don't support WPA and there aren't driver updates available). Create a passphrase that will act as the key -- it can have spaces, punctuation, etc. so you can make a good strong key. Then on each laptop connect to the SSID you assigned and enter the passphrase, and you should be good to go. If you have connected to unsecured networks in the past or do so when you're away from home, see this:
