all my teeth were falling out and i was trying to save them from going down the sink.i did save some and was trying to put them back in my mouth but it didnt go too well and i looked deformed.

Your teeth represent your valuable items. Could be actually things, or people you love. Falling out represents they are pulling away from you and you are needing to fight to get them back. You will be able to keep some, but not all. You look deformed because you feel uncomplete with out those you lost.
OR
You are so focused on your personal appearance that you are allowing other important matters or people in your life to get away from you. You need to try to get them back in to focus--make new priorites.

I used to have a very similiar recurring dream where I kept grinding all my teeth until they broke and fell out of my mouth. I used to wake up and be very thankful I still have my teeth. After a while, I started getting used to the dream and stopped having them.
After doing some research, I found out it supposedly meant there were certain worries on my mind.

dreams can mean many things, not normally in all literality either. Maybe it has to do with your teeth, it could be a sign of you afraid to lose somebody and that you will never see them again no matter how hard you try, it could mean you might be scared of getting old, who knows, i would get a dream book and see what it says about your dream, those aren't always accurate, but maybe that will help you out more.
