sorry should have put more details hard drive is partitioned. cant read manual as is in spanish. computer is acer pentium dual core. and to top it all im a computer numpty.

You can go into your regional and language settings and change it to UK, you may have to have your CD handy to add English language pack. Formatting is not necessary.

Start up your computer with the english version in the boot drive. and install......it should overwrite the Spanish version

put the cd in the drive restart follow on screen menu

at boot-up, enter SETUP and reformat hdd, if you have a partitioned hdd, then read your manual!
