I am specifically looking for the brewers schedule. Do they play the red sox and yankees?

Is there some sort of rotation wher they play a different AL division every three years?

The division each team faces changes year after year. I am a Cubs fan so this will give you a general idea since the Brewers are in the same division
2003-AL East
2004-AL West
2005-AL East
2006-AL Central
2007-AL West
2008-AL East
There are rumors that the Yankees will be playing in Pittsburgh and Houston, of course its extremely early to know for sure so that can change

It won't be available until at least December.
The next year's schedules are available to the individual teams in about August, but that's simply to tweak the schedules around other possible events at the home stadia, and to ensure that the home stadia don't book conflicting events. The probable schedules are available to the public starting in December, but they are listed as probable only. It's not until February or March that they are official, and even then, some teams will have some start times that are TBA until well into the season.
Sorry, but no one has even begun to work on the '08 schedule yet, and no one will be working on it for a few more months. And you'll have to wait until the end of the year, at least, for the information that you're looking for.

You need to wait until after the season for the schedule since they change it now to have the World Series teams match up in interleague play.

Either wait until Spring Training in Arizona and see what you want, or wait until after the World Series. Next year's schedule isn't even close to being released.

You can't - they don't publish schedules for the next season until the current season is over. Sorry.
