I can't believe I have seen this question....!! I have to send the link to this to my girlfriend. We are out in Saudi Arabia and because TV out here is hardly riveting, we live on a diet of Father Ted DVDs.
We were talking about this just the other day....
We both agree that the Kicking-Bishop-Brennan-up-the-**** episode is not just the best Father Ted epidode ever, but one of the finest 30 minutes of comedy ever.
But the episode where Dougal becomes a milkman, when the dastardly Pat Mustard is sacked, runs it a close second. Third best has to be the one when they go on holiday to the caravan site.....

I remember in 1999, being in a hostel in Australia and we were all sitting around looking at the 'Racist' episode. The one where the smudge on the window looked like Hitlers moustache. I was cringing wondering if all the other nationalities would be offended, and me being Irish would get a grilling.
It was only after I snapped out of my own vision that I realised every one in the room was falling around laughing.
It was then I realised the genius of Fr Ted

I don't have a fave episode but my fave bit was when Dougal got stuck down inside the sofa and Ted had to pull him out. Oh yeah I liked the epiode where they went on holiday in the caravan.

The one where they go on holiday to the caravan. I think Grahame Norton was brilliant in that one! Also the one where everyone thinks Ted is a racist and the funniest ever was the one with the sheep nobbling where Ted works out who was the perpetrator (Fockin ell!) Brilliant!
