Disney only has one promotion out right now, but rumors are floating around for free dining here pretty soon, whether or not they are true, I don't know.
The current promotion is just a discount, there are not ticket specials, dining specials, or anything like that, it is a plain and simple discount. From what I have been hearing, the discount doesn't take that much off, like an average of $200 or so, and I've also heard that few people are finding the discount available. But, they already offered discounts for this date, so that is probably why it is hard to find rooms available for it.
If you go to Disneyworlds site, they only have pricing up for the room only for some reason, you would need to call if you want package info. I believe dates are for April 15 thorugh May 23 and have to be booked by April 14, but if you are wanting to book a package, you have to book a few days out.

I believe they the current special is $120 for a 3 or 4 day ticket I think it comes out to be $30 a day
