What kind of dancing are they doing in the 2005 Pride and Prejudice BEFORE Mr.Darcy enters? Two lines, men and women, lots of clapping, real happy (sorta irish) sound to it. Does it have a name?

1. Look on the internet for Contra or English Country Dance Clubs .
Many colleges have these types of Dance clubs. I live in and area know for colonial heritage and the college has two but the Colonial area has a group as well and so does the Presbyterian church and the Anglican church.
Have fun enjoy it and if you live near charlotte NC the National Square Dance Convention will be there at the end of june with workshops on Contra Dance.
