See anyone can coach INDIA, even the best former cricketer Steve Waugh, Allan Border can do it. But it is upto Indian players how they are reproducing it.

India does not need coaching from Ponting's or Smith's team. They need coaching from an experience player of the past like Sunil Gavasker or Kapil Dev.

If the Cricket players are not to do their job on field, then
it is not responsibility of Coach, becoz
he is only guideline of the players, if they are not showing their performance on pitch then what does coach do.

It make no difference that you are taking coaching from whom, but the only point is that how much time you are spending on practice and how much zeal in your own.

Neither
Aus & SA play to their own teams strengths and weaknesses, India has different strengths & weaknesses so to try to emulate another team could lead them to get even worse
