You'd EXPLODE. No, I'm just kidding. In your body, factors such as heat and depleted oxygen levels may alter the reaction you normally see between the two reactants. Thus, you may simply wind up with a bad case of indigestion, or feel nothing at all. I'm not precisely sure as to what the explanation is for the reaction, but i"m pretty certain you're not going to explode.
Or you may vomit, if the reaction does happen to its fullest extent.

The coke will give up all it's carbonation almost instantly. You will vomit/regurgitate pretty violently. It's definitely not recommended
