Um... I don't know if that's normal in your culture, but over where I live, you'd be tagged as a weirdo, worse yet, possibly even a psycho. But then again, if you have any foregoing relationship with the said woman, she might find it either disgusting or romantic. Either way, good luck if you ever attempt that.
On to it being a topic on women studies, licking or kissing one foot denotes respect, empowerment to the women. It inspires a sense of authority and superiority or equality.
