Anything you put in, will definitely come up... Water is the best thing. But it's going to come back up. Just keep drinking it. Alcohol dehydrates you. You could have a little alcohol poisoning. If you are vomiting, your body is reacting normal. Try crackers or toast first when you think you want to eat. Stay in bed. Sleep it off. Learn a lesson. It could have been a dangerous situation. Tell your hubby too when he comes home. Better to live with him upset than with a lie. Good LUCK!

First, get some friends you can trust to stay with you.
Second, call the poison control number found on many cleaning products.
Ask them what to do for alcohol poisoning.
Third, calm down and try to meditate. Your mood will make things worse.
Forth, start trying all the remedies given here after you did what the poison control people said.

Flush your system with WATER...sounds like you have alcohol poisoning! Drink water...and call the ER. Ask them if there's something more you can do. I know you probably don't feel like eating, but try to eat some dry toast to help absorb the alcohol. Don't forget, CALL THE ER (emergency room) Good luck! (and don't drink like that again!)

Take an ibuprofen, sip some 7up and try to rest. Don't drink this much again in the future.

By the way, why is this in the Marriage & Divorce category? Is your husband going to divorce you as a result of your drunkneness?

Did you eat anything before you drank this yesterday? It could have been lack of anything in your stomach. I think if you try and eat something you will be fine, and as for the throwing up, it happens when you over indulge in to much Alcohol. Maybe you will learn next time-huh? Good luck

you drank to much maybe a bit of alcohol poisoning best thing you can do is go back to bed you will be fine after a while it takes along time for alcohol to leave your system .

I bet you wont do that again I did similar with cider when I was 13 3liters of the stuff and never drunk it since.

Make some tea, eat something?!! Have a rest, just sit down for a while. Go for a shower, do normal things. It should be gone soon.
