I think it depends on the woman. I think it has taken a little longer for women to admit that they can be turned on by a man pleasuring himself, because historically, sex was for the enjoyment of men and women were thought to gain nothing other than children. Perhaps if more women were open about what turned them on you could gain a more insightful answer to this question.

i am not a women . but as a man with a small penis i have always enjoyed for women to look at me naked and touching myself i guess i am an exhibitionist as a teenager it excited me to get into places where women would see me naked and i have to say a lot took time to look and came back to look again but i could not do that today because of the camera's now i would be in jail twice a week but i must say to all you women out there who watched me beat my meat THANK YOU for looking

I only like it if it's my partner. I could care a less about some strange guy. For me, it turns me on because I like to see my partner turned on. It has nothing to do with the physical mechanics.

I do! I love it! But I don't know how frequent it is. I love it because, for one, I can see how he touches himself, so that helps for when I do it to him. And I love to watch his face, above all when he comes. And I just love it in general, it turns me on.
