is there such a thing as birth control that begins to be effective the same day besides condom,i recently had a miscarriage and my husband wants me to get pregnant again i dont want to say no but i am not ready to get pregnant again until i get over the grief,i do want more kids but i dont feel like explaining my feelings because i get very deppresed

Even though you get depressed you should just talk to your husband and explain it to him

only a condom works the day its started no pill or patch or shot will takes time to build up in your system

one thing you can try is the VCF which is a spermicide film. if i remember correctly it is only 96% effective though if you use it alone.
