Anyone can point me to some sources of documentation ( as detailed as possible ) for Bit Error Rate (BER) for wired ( not wireless) comunication ?

i want to learn about BER , how to measure/calculate , with what kind of equpaments , anything that is related to BER .
i do not inted to buy a tester or to hier someone to measure it.

By "wired" you mean fiber? I think most of the non-wireless BER documentation you'll find is related to optical networking.

You'll need to buy a test-set that does that type of testing for wired connections.
