My friends say it's boy's sweet spot in anal sex. (??)

The prostate is a gland found only in Males. The prostate is used during sexual reproduction because it releases a mixture of fructose and glucose type agent, also known as semen. This is very important because this mixture is used to nurish the sperm for the long travel to the fallopian tubes, as well as it provides protection from the acidic nature of the vagina.
There are many problems with the prostate, mostly involving the placement of it. The urethra runs directly through it, so as to be able to add the semen to the sperm, but as men age, without proper care, the prostate will swell and enlarge. This can cause men to not be able to fully relieve their bladder when they have to pee, and cause them to visit the bathroom very frequently.
Removal, or any damage to the prostate will can cause impotency and sterility.
Prostate cancer is the most common type of cancer. Luckily because it is slow growing, most of the time if the person who has it is already in their 70s and it won't become a problem till they are 90's most people just choose to wait it out because their life expectancy at that age is already very low. However they can use certain things like radioactive seeding to counter the cancer if the person is still young. Not as risky as surgery, but still can be dangerous.
It is theorized that as long as any man lives long enough, they will get Prostate caner.
