It is hard to choose! I vote Betina Marie. I have been a teacher for many years and many names have been spoiled for me by "challenging" students with names I will always associate with them. I have never had a student named Betina. It is short and sweet and stands out. It is also not difficult to spell or pronounce, so your daughter will not have to continually correct people who mispronounce it. Although all of your choices are good, I pick Betina.
