most likely, by taking the brave steps back into parts of your life, your academic situation, you will experience positive outcomes. in turn, you will experience a natural increase in self confidence as things progress here.

don't be too hard on yourself or expect a rapid recovery. take things just one step at a time and continue to remind yourself everyday of the positive things you have achieved (making the concsiouse decision to make an effort for change is one such recoginition you deserve to give yourself). congratulations!

continue to do those things or be with people who intensify your feelings of wellbeing and happiness.

good luck, you're on your way.

You sound burned out by academia.
Try this, join the Marines for 3 years.
I can absolutely guarantee you that you will have no lack of confidence when you return.
Plus, you will attend school for a year while in the military.
It's all open for you.
It totally turned my life around.

Study a lot, but take breaks. Set yourself targets and when you've acheived something- treat yourself. Just think that in the end it will all be great if you continue to study.
Dont look at all the rubbish marks that you've been given- but all the correct stuff.
Good luck!!!

keep working on your 'academic situation'- once you feel that you've done your best then you won't worry anymore and then you won't feel so depressed. Make sure that when you work there are no distractions nearby... like the internet!!! Hope this helped, I'll send you some positive thoughts lol.

You need to find your study environment that works best for you. Myself I could never study unless I had the TV playing low in the back ground. Take breaks while studying. Don't study hungry. You'll get your grades back where you want them in no time. Good Luck.

Keep studying, take your time and focus on what you are doing. Don't let it depress you, let it challenge you and get yourself up for the challenge. When you conquer it, it will make you feel better.

look at your goals ,the big picture, and take one step at the time. maybe its hard to do it but noone said it should be easy all the time. Not for you not for anyone else.
Take some vacation if it feels to bad.
