there maybe a reason she wont have sex with you have you asked without being demanding why she wont have sex with you Sex is not just physical for women its mental to if we don't want sex its usually something in our head stopping us and you didn't say how long the best thing is not to pressure be nice treat her well without being expectant make her want you . and don't give her a hard time the more you push and/or threaten to go elsewhere the more she will push away . make her feel special.

What is this that your wife doesn't want to have? Unless this question is clarified the answer can't be exact. It remains hanging or may become abusive. You need to convince your wife to accept having it known. Then you will have it anyway. It is a give and take it. Reason with your wife as to why you must have it.
