Sure it is good
the trick is to try a couple out and find what one (keyword)One program you like and your comfortable with
I myself like Microsoft"s Windows Defender doesnt use resourse scans every night when i m asleep
and does a great job

It is one of the best that you can have. It safely removes items that no other spyware can even identify. It was bought by AVG and is now part of their security suite.
Go to www.fsecomputing.co.uk and download a free full version 1 month time limited copy. You can then register it if you want.

It's now called AVG Antispyware and is excellent

After 30 days, you will have to manually check for updates and you must do this to keep safe.
