i'm looking for the location of a park that has a huge lady made of plants and flowers?

...she seems to emerge from a slope and she has her eyes shut, it looks like she's breathing fresh air, and she has one of her arms stretched out over a little stream or something, and water falls to that stream from her wide open hand..

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT?? thanks a lot = )
