it depends on your choice of course and life experiences
you may be offered a yr 0 (access course, foundation degree)
this will give you the required entrance "academically" need to get into.

i did this after being 20 years out of school and i couldn't have completed my degree without it... i enjoyed my time at uni im going for my MA this year...

good luck and if you want any further info email me

If you know a European language, or want to try some other subject where you have life experience in, you can get in without even having GSCEs. This is especially true when the subject is in trouble, or you're going to a joke of a University like Luton or Royal Halloway.

With a subject like French though, they are desperate to fill places, so you could even end up somewhere respectable. Some degrees in Internet Sciences or silly subjects like that, will let you straight into a Masters.

These are all accredited.

This is for the UK of course.

I'm not sure where you live, but in America, you generally need very few qualifications to get in as a mature student. They will look at your high school GPA, but you will not need to submit test scores if you are over about the age of 21 (most schools). Like i said, not sure what country you are from! It also depends on the university you are trying to get into. If you are trying for a state university, very few qualifications are necessary. If you are going for private university, you may need to submit SAT/ACT scores.

It depends on the course, most require nothing, some you will need experience or an access course however most of them just require an enthusiasm for the subject. Most of the mature students on my course had no prior qualifications or experience and we all got on it fine. good luck

No. Ask to speak to one of their staff or go to an open day.
