It is definitely quartz. A
The exact crustal abundance of quartz is difficult to estimate - (I doubt whether anyone has done that at all). But it is likely to be less than 25%. So the answer is again A.

Quartz. I am not sure of the amount but I would hazard a guess of less than a quarter.
