Shaving your c ock and balls is perfectly fine. I have been doing it for a long time. Also my chest, stomach, armpits, and back of my neck.
I still experience the occasional itching. But I don't mind it too much. The best way to reduce itching is to NOT wear underwear. And, of course, to keep shaving. You can skip some days, too, or shave every day.
I do NOT recommend shaving cream. I have always used shampoo lather and even soap lather. For the razor, I choose the disposable triple-blade type (I buy BIC brand).
Razor burn and razor bumps will occur more if you over-shave the same spot too many times in the same session. I try to maximize at 4 passes over the same spot. It is not always possible to get every piece of hair every time, so just leave it for the next time you shave below the belt.
I do my normal shaving in the shower using the shampoo lather. When I want a more complete shave, I take a hot bath. This allows for better shaving of the shaft and the underside of the scrotum. Various stages of arousal and sack looseness help you to find and remove more of the hairs.
Wherever you shave, good lighting is important. Also, do not be in a hurry and rush things or you might cause minor bleeding. Having a steady, sober hand for the razor is also a good idea. You can also let someone else shave you -- they can see thing differently than you.
I never have tried any after-shave products, but talcum powder or medicated powders might be helpful to you. This will sound odd, but I sometimes apply gel-type clear armpit deodorant to my pubic area after shaving (deodorant that does not contain an anti-perspirant is probably best). This helps to reduce itching somewhat and also helps to control the natural body odor. With no pubic hair to cling to, your natural sweat will stay on the skin and cause normal body odor. If you don't like that, then the deodorant will be good.

Feeling like a hairless 8 year old boy again is great!!
The worst part is when it starts growing back, it'll get very itchy adn irritated, and there's nothing you could do to avoid this besides scrubbing the skin down there.
Itching is going to last for at least four to five days.

I used to do this some time ago and really felt that it looked and felt alot better and cleaner....
To stop the itching use a good clean razor and also shaving cream that has special stuff for sensitive skin, if you do it a few times, you will get used to it and after time it won't feel itchy any more.

I shave mine now and again - I always feel clean and fresh, but after a day or two the itchiness begins. You can either shave again, or let the hair grow back. I find sprinkling talcum powder around my groin after I shower in the morning helps keep me feeling fresh and comfortable.

Yes! Right after and for a couple of days feels fine. Then starts to itch like h*ll.
The attraction will soon wear off but most young guys have just got to try it. I did, and I have no idea why I did.
Try power or creams once the itching starts.

Yes, but it best to keep your balls and pubic mound short, but not too short. The way you can tell this is too short is how soft the hair is, when it starts to get stiff then it's too short and will poke girls in their tender areas. As for the balls it's just not good to poke around with a razor since ingrown hairs are problems that you'll deal with on and off. Now for the penis, it's good to shave it to the hilt, it will increase pleasure, it will look bigger, and girls giving head will appreciate it.

Oh, the sensation is absolutely fabulous, of course the itching is transiet, meaning it will go away after a few more shaves when ur skin gets used to it, dont worry about it. I shave mine often.

I do, I think it looks better and feels nice and smooth. There a little itching but you can use anti-itch cream.
