More then likely this looks really bad for her since she did not even bother to show up. Have you found out why she did not show yet? More then likely this will look really good for you and you have a chance of getting custody now as she does not seem mature enough to be a mom and take responisibility for her daughter. If she was really sick or there was a major emergency or she ended up in the hospital or something like that she was wrong not to show up to court . She could of at least called the court ahead of time to let them know that she was not coming.

If your ex did not show in court,you have won the case wright off.I guess that your ex did not care much about he Daughter or she would have been there.

It should reflect negatively on the person who did not show up.
If the person cared enough about the little girl, they'd show up.
Unless there was an accident or some circumstance there is no excuse IMO.

she will get called back - she could also get done for contempt i think. Just keep fighting on and go in with specific arrangements laid ou e.g. alternate weekends Friday to Monday and 4 complete weeks in the year (e.g. i at eaaster, 1 at Christmas, one in the Summer hols plus one complete half term. It will show you are serious - but make sure you stick to it.

The judge will give you the custody and the visitation rigths will be limited to what the judge consider 1 every forth nigh or something like that you may be able to make a proposal and because there is no opposition (unless he can explain what he could not assist) they will be in your favour

"Your" daughter???? The girl is half hers too. If your former wife, mother of your child does not show up it means your daughter misses out on having a mother. How can this be good? Stop gloating.
