don't have much money and only 7-10 friends would be invited...last year we went to a restaurant and after that in a bowling club and at the movies. But it was too expensive. I want something different and simple. thanks :D

How about you set a theme for the evening and everyone brings a food dish to match the theme. Everyone has to get dressed in the theme and you will need to decorate your or your friends place as well. Just tell everyone whether they are bringing nibblies, main or desert. Go online and find some games to do with the theme and have the party at home. If you all still wanted to do something afterwards you could then go to the bowling or movies but everyone has to stay dressed as they came to the party. Just an idea. Whatever you do, I hope you have a wonderful birthday.
