Drunk people tell no lies, well so the saying goes.
He either has slept with that person or wants to.
Or he could be just messing with you. It is a good way to really annoy a girl, mention another woman name during sex and when you fight over it he says it was an accident.
She breaks off the relationship and he looks like the innocent person tells everyone he made a simple mistake. I have known guys who do it.

Well he was in the wrong frame of mind and in the heat of passion. If you love him forgive him and talk to him. I really doubt he was thinking of someone else, we men don't do to much thinking while drunk and especially during sex.
