We like two things, where we where, and where we are going. We never seem to be happy where we are at.

Well Felix is way off, because it is the present that does not exist. The past changes from the future to the past, it never stops on the present, because by the time it has become the present, it is already passed to the past. So they are all one in the same. Or you can go with the theory I lean towards more. None of them exist, as well as time, in the sense you know it as. Time is not an element of the universe or space. It is mearely a measurement in distances, of space. So 5 seconds would actually be something like 931,411.985/miles, which is 5 times the speed of light per second, which is also how far you will have traveled through the universe in 5 seconds.

I teach you to live the present and to be genius:
You live the present when you are able to understand the future. Only with creativity you can understand.
The future is the solution to a problem. Never worry about the future, because that is to avoid the solution to the problem.
The creative one never fear of losing something; he can make anything he want happen. He is therefore always joyful. He is ready to throw away all his wealth, because he can create wealth effortlessly.
He is the richest, the most powerful; because he can create himself .

Sometimes it's easier to dwell in the past or worry about the future than to live in the moment & make the most of it. We are in control of our lives & have to take responsibility for it. Make the most of each moment. Live in present time. Don't take anything for granted & pay attention.

Because of the enigma time is... present is a myth since it is a point in time with no duration, no dimension... past is knowledge and lesson and future is our area of action.. the absolute present is non-existent.
