how can i inlarge the dimentions or the picxels of a gif image without losing its animations or layers?

Import your gif image into "PAINT SHOP PRO" You will find inside PSP up in the Menu, under Edit,....."ANIMATION" click on it and a whole new program will open to import your gif into. You may resize it,..add to it,...all things possible!!

Try it!! You will NEVER regret having this wonderful graphic program!!
