they didn't actually give the prize to anyone who rang in!
they made some competition winner (who was visiting the studios) talk to the presenters, say the answer, and they gave them the prize!

Yep, they had to apologise live on air the next day. You wonder how much trust you can put into these things now.
In addition, did you hear that in the Dancing on Ice final last week, 11500 text votes did not get counted?

It doesn't surprise me one bit. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all if every other program doing these text/ phone competitions are at it. Skanking gits, they should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off kids. Darn right they should be made to appologise on tv to all the trusting people of this world..!!

yes, it was on the news about it days ago, I bet its been going on for years, not just on this one occasion, its disgraceful, ripping off children like that, television has sunk to an all time low!
