how do i get to work my dvd drive.
pls help

you're probably missing the driver. look for it in the cd's that came with your computer. or you can just look for "free computer drivers" on yahoo search and find a site that offers drivers. you can get one to make your dvd drive work there. I think that is most likely the problem

there must be problem with the dvd drive send to service station for checking the dvd drive...

you have to install the disc with that cd/dvd rom

Make sure you reinstall motherboard and graphic drivers, hope this helps

You may have to install software for the drive, or update its drivers.

seem your dvd rom has not functioning anymore.
well..its dead.you have to replae with the new one
