Lucky, yes. He's friendly.
Reuben, maybe. Reuben only likes dogs that are smaller than him. He doesn't get along with big dogs, male or female.

It really depends all dogs have different personalities and just like people they just don't get along with some dogs so it just depends on the circumstances and the dogs personality

Probably. But I can tell w/ all certainty that my dog would NOT like your dog. He doesn't like anyone or anything other than my family and me.
