I have new HP Laptop.It is not password protected.I did not give any Administrator password to the laptop.I installed windows live one care antivirus to the laptop.After completion of installation it asked to restart. I restarted the laptop.It again asked the administrator password without the password it is not entering into the system what i have to do please help me.

Go into BIOS and Remove the Passwords.Save & Exit.
Restart..
This should clear it.
( If you are ehe ' Solo User ', Why use a password. )

hi u can try admin or admistratoir for both but if all esle fails try pressing ctrl -alt - delte sevralo time till a gues accoint is opened then from here u can get into the computer and chnage the settings.

try "admin" for both the username and password
