I'm not sure if you wanted a serious answer, but I'll give you one anyway.

There are many terms that could describe such a government. The most specific would be "corporatocracy", which literally means a government controlled by powerful corporations. Otherwise, you could call it a "plutocracy" (government controlled by the rich) or an "oligarchy" (government controlled by an elite - usually rich - group of people).

Corportism/corporatocracy

One that is controlled by money in general is a plutocracy

One that is controlled by an unelected (i.e. corporate) leader is an oligarchy

So perhaps a plutocratic oligarchy?
