Singles or Multiples?!?

Question

Do you think it would be easier to raise twins or 2 children of different ages?

I have a 6 year old boy, 3 year old girl and 6 month old twins

I think having twins is easier. When the 2 children are different ages eg. 2 1/2 and new born its harder to have routines that fit both nap times, play times, feeding etc. With twins everything is done at the same time

my sister has twin daughters and its tough for her but i think its mostly tough because she also has a 4 yr old in the midst...lol....i had my boys 11 months apart to the day in the same calendar year one jan 27 the other dec 27th...and it was very very hard....mostly because the older of the two demanded my attention alot and yet theres a baby that demands almost constant attention....i think they are probably equally as hard ...with mine i had two in diapers and neither walking that was the hardest part carrying a 30pound 1 year old and a baby in a car seat whereever i went...but i think if twins is all you have perhaps its not as hard.....because you have other children demanding your attention im sure you are nothing short of exhausted....best advise i can give is to try and get them involved as much as possible with your twinns care....and let me just say things will get better as they get older....good luck with your family and congrats on the two lil ones...Rosie

I would have loved to have twins but I can't imagine having 2 babies the same age. I'm a zombie walking around now trying to find sleep and I only have one. So I would definately say it is probably easier to have them at different ages.

now that my twins are not in the newborn stage I think it's just as easy as my other children, I really think that the newborn-5 months was pretty rough with the twins !
