Use WinRAR where you are given the option to split up a file.

There are several ways of doing this, archivers (zip, rar) usually have an option to create an archive made up of several files, but for the easiest, non compression solution you might want to the try HJSplit. It is free and can be found here http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit

WinRar.can compress a 700 MB video into 51 sections, of 48 megabytes each.why you would want to I do not know but anyway...

Just create a "new file" for each catagory you want, and move the items into the file you wish them to be in. You can name each file as you please.
