I never realized the world was so evil, til I came on this site. So many people who will never come to know the love of Christ. Blinded by science, misunderstanding the Bible, and just not wanting to believe, so that there will be no God to serve or hell to pay. Each having their own desire not to have faith. I'm sure many would rather take the devil who would tell them "do as thy will" rather than God who commands us to love, and be holy. What is your answer?
"Choose this day whom you will serve?" Like it or not you serve one or the other.

Some comments on your question.
" I never realized the world was so evil. "
How can a world be better than the individual people who live in it? It is impossible. If we are full of imperfections and lack fundamental moral virtues, how can the sum of us make up a perfect world?
"So many people who will never come to know the love of Christ."
Is it enough to just *know* the love of Christ? Shouldn't the people who know that love prove by their *actions* the validity of their beliefs. Can we *talk* about love and hate everybody?
Can we show to those who do not believe, where is shining and manifest that love? In our relation with other countries, other people, other races, other religions, our own families, our friends, etc ..?
" Blinded by science, ...". Science is an undeniable *truth* and can not blind anybody. Didn' t Jesus say that " the truth will set you free"? Science frees man from *blind beliefs* and *superstitions*.
The world is tired of * hollow words*. It needs to see words and beautiful thoughts put into *action.*

If science is such a bad thing, please disconnect from the internet, switch of your computer, take off all your clothes, leave your house and go and live in the wilderness. Science is responsible for everything around you. It wasn't God who spent hundreds of weeks in a lab working on a vaccine for cervical cancer, it was scientists. It wasn't God who tied a key to the end of a kite.

The definition of Atheism, is not believing in God/s. So how can I believe in Satan if I don't believe in God? I have studied the bible, I understand what it is saying. Why are you so blinded by what people tell you, rather than going out an seeking the knowledge you need.

I don't believe in nothing, I believe in humanity around me. I would invite neither to a party because Jesus of Nazareth has been dead so long he is nothing but dust and bones and Satan doesn't exist.

It is your opinion geared from your own beliefs that I serve one or the other; however, in my world that doesn't apply. Not everyone is christian nor should they be christian just because others think they should be.

I love the irony of the fact that you're telling us that we're blinded by science, using tools that science has provided you. I consider you to be blinded by the Bible. Your narrow straitjacketed view of the world isn't shared by everyone. The fact that you had to come to Yahoo! Answers to realize it, says that you're living a very sheltered life. I would suggest moving away from where you are and seeing the world. Its a lot bigger and more diverse than you think.

Ah, foolish child. There is but one God, and his name is "Berpy". He looks like a human, only 9 feet tall and with a third arm growing out of His scapula. He likes tennis and walks in the park. That is all you need to know about anything, so the world is now very simple. Also, He can fly and He says not to worry about things! Go, Berpy!

There's as much "benefit" in believing in "nothing" as there is in believing "anything" or "something".

And you have to understand for every person you label "blind", there's one out there that labels you an "idiot".

You believe what you believe because you want to. It does you no service to expect others to believe exactly like you - all it does is foster bigotry and hatred in your heart.

And personally, I'd rather have Bill Gates to a party given your choices.

I would invite Satan. He would be the life of the party. All jesus would bring is his sermons and a boring speech. Satan would bring the booze and chicks, with some rock music blasting throughout the house.

So I have a choice of serving one or the other of the Gods from YOUR belief system huh?

I pose you the same question, Loki or Odin.

"Choose this day whom you will serve. Like it or not you serve one or the other.''

What is the benefit of standing still on the train tracks while a locomotive is hurtling towards you? I ask again... what also is the benefit of struggling in quicksand?

Is is better to not act, or to act?

Depends on the situation, now, doesn't it?!
