Don't think they discriminate against anyone these days except Atheists.
They used to be really anti catholic but I think they've toned that down recently.

Freemasons allow anybody to become a member, as long as they respect the freedom of other people. Religion isn't an issue that comes into play when people are asked to join.
Freemasonry is certainly not a demonic cult. They do have weird (as in strange) rituals, but there are no demons involved. It's just a group of men that come together to perform rituals. Nothing more to it.
Some of these people do interpret the masonic rituals in esoteric ways - but esotericism doesn't automatically imply worship of the devil either. For most masons it's just a matter of playing dressup and getting together to meet and grow spiritually.

Depends on your denomination. The Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod forbids it due to issues of:
"Keeping secrets from your brethren in the church."
(They didn't have any problems with me working for the government and doing classified work tho'...)
It isn't a matter of F&AM not letting you in, it's a matter of "If you are a member of the LCMS, you can not be a F&AM!" If you become a Freemason, the church gives you the boot!
BTW: The documentary was INCORRECT!
In order to be a Freemason you must be a
MONOTHEIST!
("The Trinity" is considered monotheistic.)
I believe that the Catholic church frowns on Freemasonry
and created the Knights of Columbus as an alternative to
discourage Catholics from joining by giving them an
alternative.
BTW: I am a Freemason.

Christians by cast are not allowed to join the Freemasons, but free from physical & mental bondage are liable to a secret society.
Faith without experience never stand before the truth.

Freemasons are part of the pyramid that makes up the Illuminati. Within that pyramid are many many "cults". Including Freemasons, Skull n Bones, Bohemian Grove, Red Cross, The Shriners (you know, those guys w/ the funny hats and small cars), and this list goes on for awhile.
The lower, foundation stones, of the pyramid are the groups we just named and know of pretty well, for they are on the bottom. They, Freemasons and others, don't think/believe they are demonic or anything like what we read. They are brainwashed to believe other ways, to think they are doing greater good, etc.
But you can just look at any corporation and realize anything can be corrupt that has departments and levels. For not any one person in a corporation knows what each other is doing, but the capstone. And with this, the capstone is Illuminati, the all seeing eye, the eye of Rah.
Its why you see the eye on CBS, AOL, Time Warner, etc, etc. Its a mark/symbol to show who they are right to our face yet most don't realize it. And the all seeing eye means "we are watching you". So just imagine how much info they really do have on you, for you are tracked every second of the day, few realize this. Back in 1963 they had a computer that could listen to the worlds phone banks for keywords and then record that phone call due to that word. They had stealth in 1950's. Just TRY to imagine what they have today.
Ever wonder why Google is so quick? Its their super computer, cause now it can track you with fewer steps. Google is located in an old NASA buliding....odd huh?
Can they join...back to your question, yes as far as I know for that is how they get their soldiers to do their deeds. Deception...make you think you are doing good, when in turn you are funding evil. Just remember that the next time you think of giving to the Red Cross. For it is much better to give to a church that goes over to help those in need or to give it direct to those in need. We don't trust middle men when buying cars or other items, so why are we trusting them w/ our donated money?

Freemasonary was originally a christian based group, so yes, Christians can join, and are you hearing these stories of rituals from actual members or people who are against freemasonary, because my experience with freemasons has been nothing but positive.

well my father was a minister . i know for a fact he would not have anything to do with a demonic cult of anything else that even had a speck of such things in it . as a rule any person that believes in God may become a member or at least ask to become a member . i am sure that they only accept people that they view as being of good character . the lodge is really as far as i know a place for Protestants . the roman catholics have the knights of Columbus .

It isn't so much of a demon cult as it is an occult group.
Christians can freely join [As the only deity requirement is that you beleive in a higher power]
If you want to, but are not sure, research the claims you've heard. Many of them are lies started by members that were kicked out in initiatory grades [IE, nothing high]. If you are still afraid, ask your pastor.
Personally, Masons are pretty tame in my eyes, sans the fact you need to be white to join.

I know of Christians that are members of Freemasonry, and they say there have been a lot of false accusations about that society, and it is mostly a charity organization that supports children's hospitals, but I don't really know. Some things they don't want you to find out until you become a member and I am suspicious of any organization like that.

Yes they are allowed. The only requirement to be a Freemason is that you believe in God.
Freemasonry is about brotherly love, friendship and above all charity. Charity is their number one goal.
