iam trying to install logitech quick no 3 in there hand book click start on windows task WHAT DOES WINDOW TASK BAR LOOK LIKE?

with windows xp it's the blue thing at the bottom of the screen with the clock and green start button, just move the mouse to the green start button and press the left button

What they mean is click on the Start button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

The task bar is the bar along the bottom of the screen, with the Start button at the left and the clock etc at the right.

It is the bar that goes along the BOTTOM of your screen - has the time in the right hand corner and and button saying "start" on the left hand side. Unless you are using Vista in which case I have no idea but guess it will be in a similar place going on how previous versions of Windows have kept this fairly standard set-up. Good luck!
