my situation: living with ex because i have no where else to go. no car. just started a job so no money yet. it is getting worse as the days go by he gets meaner and meaner we dont talk hardly anymore and when we do we fight. i hoped that we could end this nicely and be friends because we do have a child together but it just keeps getting increasingly stressful. Does anyone have advice on how to make this situation either less stressful and less hurtful than it is?? please all advice appreciated!!!!!!

try to talk to your ex ... even when he gets angry or tries to start a fight try to be the cool one and tell him that now you both live as friends or room mates so you you both need to behave like it
i have a question?...do you think he's making all this just to make you leave without him asking you?....you should think about it........
don't you have any family member or friend who you can live with instead of your ex ....try to find some where else that will be better for you

move out try to move in with family or friends the reason he is getting meaner and meaner is because he is your ex and wants to have a life of his own and can't do that with you living under his roof.

Go to a woman's shelter ymca, someplace they can help you.
Maybe he has a girlfriend that is all bent out of shape over this and it's what's getting to him.
Good luck, i really think you need professional organizations called in on this one, since a child is involved. Otherwise i'd say shack up with one of your girlfriends.

No!! you have to make this work for the sake of the child... Earn your own money, be less dependent on him financially, things may improve.

Were you married, before you parted.? In that case, you can seek maintenance from him, from a court of law.

i think u should talk to ur ex not only about ur self but also ur child's future which is being affected by u and ur ex's fighting .. and all.
