It's a pun; "vista" has the double meaning of referring to seeing you again, and also the new Windows Vista program.

it's not a linguistic feature, it has to do with writing style. (Plural or singular ar examples of linguistic features, at least if you're talking about syntax.)
It's a figure of speech, and since it has a double meaning you might call it a double entendre or an ambiguity. Ambiguities are usually seen as bad, because the reader doesn't know what is meant. In this case, it was intended, of course.

With a title like that, people will expect to read an article dealing with, explaining, or analysing the popular use of mixed languages. Hasta la Vista means See you soon, till next we meet.... in Spanish. Presumably your article talks about how it has become fashionable & often totally just out of habit with people who are bilingual to use popular everyday expression s in 2 or even 3 languages.

In this context, I'd simply call it a 'pun'. Much used in low grade English newspapers and increasingly in the supposedly better ones.

What you're using is an allusion - you're alluding to both Arnold Schwarzenegger's famous phrase and the name of the product about which you're writing. It could also be a double entendre - a phrase with a double meaning - depending on the slant your article takes.

Yeah, it's a pun. Playing around with words to make clever slogans.

It's a play on words, so I would call it a pun.

Are you referring to a rhetorical question, where you ask a question to generate thought, rather than expecting an answer?
