But you probably want someone near your local. So, perhaps you might want to hunt for them on the street. I'm sure there are going to be some young ones in the local academies who are pretty good at painting, and may be able to do it for you at a good price.

My website has samples of some work I have done for a Model Railway Layout and some outside wall graphics.
Will only work outside my city if travel and accomodations are financed.
