I am trying to find a school or a facility that offers certified nursing assistant classes. I live in Fort Worth Texas. Willing to travel to the surrounding tri-county area. Please help. Website addys and phone numbers would be very helpful!!

I think TCC has a program, ask at the south campus, which is also where the program for associate in nursing is. if they don't have one the counselors office would probably help you locate one.
I would assume that the programs at JPS and Harris downtown would give you a certification. if you are accepted to the program, they will train you to be a tech, with pay, and expect a commitment to work for a period of time after you complete the training. Both facilities have good benefits.
www.tccd.edu is the site for TCC, JPS is in the yellow pages and Harris is 817-250-2000, ask for human resources or visit the web pages for the hospitals. I am not sure about JPS but look under Texas Health resources for Harris. you might also try baylor Allsaints to see if they have a program as well.
