After he gets his Green Card you can get married. However, the wait for you to get a visa will be about 5 years.

Yak ride is right. In case he gets his green card, you will have to wait a long time before he can bring you to the USA as his spouse. My advice is to stay in your own country, unless you are willing to wait 5 to 6 years.

I don't think so right now getting visa for Iranian citizen is not so easy for the US. You can inform yourself and contact your local US Embassy. I'm also not sure is in Teheran they have US Embassy.

All visas must be applied for through this site,
www.uscis.gov/
It has all the forms, and fees for the visas you would like to apply for in the U.S.
It also explains all the necesary requirements.
