No, handguns require permits and can't be transferred person to person. I agree that you are too young, a felon, or have some other reason you can't purchase legally.

Don't try to get a gun to solve your problems. Talk with a teacher or parent. Guns are for adults to use for protection and hunting.

Why not hold up a sign saying, Cant buy weapon legally, need nut to sell me one!
