This seems to be an American teenage girl thing. They will go against everything they believe, common sense, basic self-respect and get depressed, then do it all again and say they do it because their happiness comes first.
And they come up with really retarded personal philosophies. Like, "I'm going off to Europe to find myself." What the hell makes you think that will help you find yourself, and what the hell does that mean?
I remember this about the American tourist and student girls I used to bone when I lived in Palestine. What causes this weird logic?
(This is not an anti-American thing. America is great. I live here now and love America. Just a basic question about the logic of AMerican girls. I could mention, rich or higher middle class ones.)

"Finding oneself" has been the great white American myth. I dont know of ANY other racial group that ritualisitcally accepts going to finds ones self by going on a cushy vacation that is not some much unlike any other trip an upper class white person from America might take. I think this findindg oneself is a uppoer class white thing because everyone else has so much going on that we know exactly who we are in relation to either being not rich or white (which has its one set of priviledges that go unrecognized by many).
It's supposed to be about establishing indepedence, usu. after living a life of priveldge that has not lead you toward establishing some values and learning life lessons of your own. This is why all those girls are alone. It is those who do not struggle who go to "find themselves" by doing something else lush in a more foreign locale.
If they really want to find themselves they need to take themselves and volunteer somewhere in America where they are not comfortable so they can realize through their uneasiness who they truly have been raised to be.

I would like to put it out there that all American women are not whores tho! Because guy in England told me as he tried to feel me up in the middle of the street that he knew I could not possibly be "shy" because I was American-- Yeah black women's sexuality is not as permiscous as advertised by fantsy creating media- for the most part we're very discerning about sex because of religion.

I agree. White American people, in general, have no culture and seem to display they have no core values by way of their younger generations. Even their religious institutions have come under fire in the past decade.
I live in France (to work, not to find myself) and all our French male friends prey on white American female touristes. They sleep with them fairly quickly and then move on to the next. I asked why they would do this, and they simply replied because they can. It seems to be a general concensus around the world. Your guess is as good as mine...

I suppose that they're about as brilliant as the ones who so willingly "bones" them. They show no insight! and the power to reason things out for extreme lack of accurate knowledge they've failed to chase as they are too busy chasing others like yourself!

They are not all that way. I've met upper class girls who are intelligent, just, and well informed.
