i get a weird feeling in the back of my head, like a weird feeling in the back of my lower head and neck, what could this be

could be a number of things, I recommend seeking a chiropractor to take a look, they are usually cheap (at least in Canada).
and in Canada they are an acceptable tax deduction :)

You may be standing to the right of a thorny bush or something.
Seriously sounds like pinching a nerve. See a doctor and physical therapist. Take it from an elite athlete.

I get that too. Mine is from computer use. I went to a chiropractor who fixed it with stretching and told me to lift my computer higher to stop me straining forward. This has helped.

i had that feeling before.You can get a pain relief cream and put it on ur neck and put it on everyday and in a afew days it wont hurt anymore
