It is very common for people to dream about ex-partners. Individuals that have been an important part of our lives continue to take up a part of our mind and heart. It is impossible to very dramatically shut the person out of thoughts and feelings. Just because the relationship ends does not mean that all is finished. You will continue to dream about your ex boyfriend until you "let go" of him on a very important level, or until you learned your lessons from that relationship. Either way, dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

To dream about your ex-boyfriend or that you and your ex got back together again, suggests that something or someone in your current life that is bringing out similar feelings you felt during the relationship with your ex. The dream may be a way of alerting you to the same or similar behavior in a current relationship. What you learn from that previous relationship may need to be applied to the present one so that you do not repeat the same mistake. Alternatively, past lovers often highlight the positive experiences you had with that person.

Depends why you and your ex broke up in the first place! Also, honestly, who do you care about more, the new guy or the ex, (obviously if he is new you probably don't have such deep feelings yet for newguy), then who is better for you? Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater, try it with the new guy before tossing him out cause of a dream or 2.

Not responsible for my dreams just my actions. By the way if I would say yes to my ex... I would not be ready to date someone else. Would still need some me time to get my head straight... and maybe avoid those dang dreams.
